The Detail Master ("we," "us," or "our") provides professional car detailing services in the Minneapolis, MN area. Our services include interior and exterior cleaning, paint protection, and related automotive care services.

2. Service Booking & Payment

Booking Process

  • • All bookings must be made through our official website or phone
  • • A valid email address and phone number are required for booking
  • • Bookings are confirmed within 24 hours of submission
  • • We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion

Payment Terms

  • • Payment is due upon completion of services
  • • We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments
  • • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • • Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled vehicles

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation Policy

  • • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled appointment
  • • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $50 fee
  • • No-shows will be charged the full service amount
  • • Weather-related cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis

Rescheduling

  • • Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before appointment
  • • Same-day rescheduling may incur a $25 fee
  • • We will work with you to find an alternative time

4. Service Limitations & Disclaimers

What We Do

  • • Professional interior and exterior cleaning

  • • Headlight restoration
  • • Engine bay cleaning
  • • Pet hair removal

What We Don't Do

  • • Mechanical repairs or maintenance
  • • Paint touch-ups or body work
  • • Window tinting or modifications
  • • Audio system installation

  • • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage
  • • Some stains may be permanent and cannot be removed
  • • Results may vary based on vehicle condition and age
  • • We recommend testing products on inconspicuous areas first

5. Customer Responsibilities

Before Service

  • • Ensure vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time
  • • Notify us of any special requirements or concerns

During Service

  • • Provide a safe working environment
  • • Ensure access to water and electrical outlets if needed
  • • Keep pets and children away from the work area
  • • Be available for questions or concerns
